Our approach
About bpdtest.online
bpdtest.online is a private, free starting point for people who want to understand BPD-related patterns and find reputable support. We do not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed clinician; we help people get oriented before a professional conversation.
How we create content
Pages are prepared from established public-health and clinical sources, including the National Institute of Mental Health, the NHS, and peer-reviewed research. Each article names its sources so readers can check the information themselves. We write in plain language and update content when a source changes or a correction is needed.
We do not reproduce clinical screening instruments or diagnostic-manual wording word for word. Where we describe a clinical concept, we explain it in original language and link to an authoritative source.
Editorial policy
Content is intended to be accurate, calm, and non-stigmatizing. It must not tell a reader that they have BPD, present a score as a diagnosis, or make promises about treatment. We only describe a page as medically reviewed when a named, credentialed clinician has actually reviewed it.
Privacy by design
Our screening runs entirely in the browser. Answers are not sent to our servers, logged, or tied to an account. There is no sign-up requirement to see results.
